JOB DESCRIPTION
– Manage employee records, labor contracts, invoices, and other documents.
– Compile and manage employee information, monitor attendance, calculate payroll, and manage reward & penalty policies.
– Manage and handle procedures related to Social Insurance (reporting increases, decreases, etc.).
– Manage, monitor, and handle order status and delivery processes.
– Handle requests for purchasing supplies, oversee and manage company assets, facilities, tools, and equipment.
– Draft, present for approval, and issue documents, decisions, notifications, etc., as required.
– Compile and report expenses, income, payroll, and other periodic financial reports.
– Assist in organizing internal events, fostering employee engagement, and promoting company culture.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
– At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to handle situations effectively.
– Hardworking, motivated, proactive, and responsible in work.
– Proactive in work with a strong spirit of cooperation.
