JOB DESCRIPTION
– Research trends, generate ideas, and analyze the market for potential POD (Print on Demand) designs/products for the European and American markets.
– Stay on top of trends to create product ideas based on market demand for the US and EU.
– Collaborate with relevant teams (POD designers) to finalize and launch products in the market.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
– At least 6 months of experience in the POD industry, with a good understanding of Western culture.
– Strong reading comprehension in English (equivalent to TOEIC 600+ / IELTS 6.0+), targeting markets in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.
– Strong research skills and the ability to stay updated with trends in the field.
– Preference for candidates who are serious about applying and have a desire for long-term commitment.
