JOB DESCRIPTION
– Implement product search plans.
– Collect information and understand market conditions.
– Develop remarketing plans for customer files, with monthly promotions.
– Build and execute Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns with budgets suitable for the product.
– Monitor and optimize the effectiveness of advertising campaigns & products.
– Analyze, synthesize, and evaluate metrics and data in the store.
– Perform regular performance reports.
– Manage, supervise, evaluate monthly KPI effectiveness of employees and make appropriate adjustments to improve the team’s work efficiency.
– Train and develop subordinates, build and improve processes to increase interaction and effectiveness.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Age: 1990-2000
– Good English skills (equivalent to about 600 TOEIC – 6.0 IELTS or above).
– Agile, friendly, creative, responsible & good at TEAMWORK.
– Over 18 months of experience in Dropshipping, strong practical experience in running Facebook & Instagram conversion ads.
– Additional experience in advertising on other channels (Google, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) is an advantage.
– Over 18 months of experience in the North American market.
– Good experience in managing a Marketing team.
