JOB DESCRIPTION
– Develop and execute Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns with budgets suitable for the product.
– Formulate and implement Marketing strategies in line with the overall business strategy and objectives of the company: communication, branding, digital marketing, etc.
– Conduct market research, product analysis, and analyze market information, potential customers, and competitors to create and implement appropriate marketing strategies and models at different stages.
– Establish Marketing budgets, manage, allocate resources, and take responsibility within the assigned budget to ensure effective business performance.
– Analyze and process data, leveraging skills and strategic thinking to optimize the effectiveness of Digital Marketing activities.
– Monitor and optimize advertising campaign performance.
– Prepare periodic performance reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Age: 1990-2000.
– Strong English skills (equivalent to TOEIC 600+ / IELTS 6.0+).
– Over 5 years of experience in dropshipping/global e-commerce.
– Over 18 months of experience in Digital Marketing, with strong hands-on experience in running Facebook & Instagram conversion ads.
– Additional experience in advertising on other channels (Google, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) is an advantage.
– Over 18 months of experience in the North American market.
– Good experience managing a Marketing team.
